Ascend Chiropractic is not in-network with any insurance providers. We function with the understanding that chiropractic care should be affordable regardless of one’s insurance status and aspire to have our rates for care reflect that. Being out of network affords our practitioner the opportunity to tailor care to each individual regardless of their payment method or any qualifying factors that sometime accompany insurance coverage. Should a patient want to give receipts to their insurance for reimbursement, we would provide a Superbill which serves as a month’s worth of care receipts that the patient would then be responsible for submitting to their insurance providers. It is the responsibility of the patient to understand what is covered by their provider and what is considered out of network.

At Ascend, we take great pride in being here for the care of individuals and families. Wellness visits are scheduled for time slots of exactly 15 minutes and are reserved specifically for you. If you find yourself in a position to be 7 minutes late or more, we kindly ask that you reach out and allow us to reschedule your visit so as to be respectful of others’ time who are scheduled after you. 7 minutes accounts for half of a wellness visit, which we want to honor for both you, and others scheduled throughout our day. With this in mind we request that if a visit needs to be cancelled or rescheduled that we have 24 hours notice. Appointment that are changed with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $15 fee. If a visit is missed with a “No Call/No Show,” the patient will be subject to a fee equivalent of the full amount for the service that was booked.
